After just one year, Las Brisas, an authentic Mexican fare restaurant, in Franklin has closed.
The restaurant opened Aug 1, 2017 at 9040 Carothers Parkway and was owned by Gabriella and Robert Fletcher.
On the Las Brisas Facebook page, a message was posted about the closing.
We wanted to thank you for all the support over the past year, it’s been a blessing to serve and to have met you all.
We have sold our business to pursue our degrees and wish you all the best!
The Las Brisas menu included items like Mexican street corn-on-the-cob or Tostadas Tinga-Puebla style of deep-fried corn tortilla with shredded chicken in a red chipotle sauce sauteed in onion and topped with sour cream, lettuce, and queso fresco.
A temporary sign has been placed over the Las Brisas sign stating “Franklin Soul” coming soon. Check back here for more updates about the new restaurant.
