Parmenter and Company, a real estate group based in Brentwood has become a renown concierge real estate business, happily representing buyers and sellers in the Middle Tennessee area.
Since Cindi Parmenter founded Parmenter and Company, it has since become a family business. Cindi started her real estate journey in the 1990’s when she saw a need to assist corporations and executives that were moving to Nashville due to job opportunities. She has since sold her successful Executive Relocation company to focus on the residential side of the market. Cindi began to see potential in her daughter, Kate Cortner, once she graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in interior design. Kate says the mother and daughter pair works as a dynamic duo, and the fact that they are long-time residents of Nashville gives them an upper hand in knowing the market and better servicing their clients.
Kate and Cindy believe in awesome customer service, among other values. “Our boutique approach to real estate allows our clients to feel like they are genuinely cared for, and not just a number in this crazy real estate game,” Kate said.
The duo enjoys being a small business, made up of Cindy, Kate and an administrative assistant. “The nice part about our company, is that if you call us, you will get to talk to your agent,” Kate said. “Our passion is getting our clients the right home, for the right price, in the right neighborhood. We don’t just sit back and wait for the houses to come to us, we hit the pavement and help you find a home.”
