Local Family Spreads Love of Art With Craft Love

Craft Love

You’ve heard the saying “a baby changes everything”.  In the case of Deb Chambers, it was the birth of her grandchild that set her on a new adventure.

Chambers has owned several businesses across the county, including one of the first dog-o-matics (we might refer to these now as a dog spa) back in the 80s. Chambers has never seen a challenge too big to undertake, craves trying new things and enjoys working with others.

Before her grandchild was born, she sold her home, packed up all of her things and headed south from Iowa to be here for the birth and  wasn’t really sure what was next.

After a discussion with her daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Brian Tinger, they came up with the concept of Craft Love. Making it a family affair, they have created a place for a DIY workshop where you can create custom works of art from wood. Everything you need is provided for your project: the wood, paint, stain, stencil and you even get to use a hammer and power drill!
