A Vintage Affair Hosts Grape Stomp to Raise Money for Local Organizations

A Vintage Affair’s Grape Stomp is back again for another year on Saturday, October 13, 5 p – 8 p at The Factory in Franklin Pavilion located at 230 Franklin Road, Franklin.  Wondering what the grape stomp is all about? Watch this video.

Need any more convincing that you should be at the 2018 Grape Stomp? There will be five stomp heats, comprised of 5 teams each. The team to collect the most juice at the end will advance to the finals, where five teams will compete to be the Grape Stomp champion. Members of the winning team will receive a case of wine and a team trophy as a reward for their stomping talent. There will also be a special award given to the best-dressed Grape Stomping Team; so team T-shirts or creative costumes are encouraged. The cost to sponsor a team of five is $1,000 and up to 25 teams will be assembled. Those wishing to enjoy the event from the sidelines may purchase general admission tickets for $50. Wine, beer, food, and music will be plentiful, along with Four Roses Bourbon and a Signature Cocktail.

Whether you stomp or not, all of the proceeds to help great causes in Williamson County. Currently, A Vintage Affair supports  Williamson Medical Center, Bridges Domestic Violence Center, Davis House, The Refuge Center, and My Friend’s House.

A Vintage Affair is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to raising money for Williamson County charities benefiting women and children in need. AVA hosts various events throughout the year which with wine, spirit & food tastings, live and silent auctions, and The Grape Stomp.
