The building at 215 Gothic Ct in Cool Springs that was home to A-Game Sportsplex is up for auction later this month.
The starting bid on the almost 20 acre property and 174,818 square feet facility is $4.25 million.
“Conversion to office use would provide a unique, affordable leasing alternative – currently a scarce resource in Cool Springs. The property is positioned to be redeveloped as a 175,000 sf office building or a 111,000 sf office building,” reads the auction description by Ten-X, the auction company managing the deal.
The auction description also states that a tenant currently leases a portion of the building and the landlord can terminate the lease “with 90 days of notice and a one-time payment of $150,000.
An open house will be held this Thursday, Feb 8th from 10am-2pm and the auction will be held Feb 12-14. The real estate firm handling the sale is Avison Young.
