A-Game Sportsplex Reopens

A-Game

The owners of A-Game Sportsplex, Alliance Volleyball and MDG Management put the statement below on their website today. Nothing regarding the longterm status of A-Game has been resolved as of yet. But at least for now the kids can get back to playing without interruption or scrambling for court or ice time elsewhere.

“Parties to the litigation involving the A-Game Sportsplex, pending in the Williamson County Chancery Court, have agreed to proceed to an expedited mediation in an effort to resolve disputes between them. Representatives of Sports Land Group, LLC (the owner of the A-Game facility), Alliance Volleyball Club (the volleyball club) and MDG Management, LLC (the hockey club) will jointly mediate the disputes on February 17, 2016.

In connection with the parties’ agreement to mediate, Sports Land Group, LLC has offered to reopen the A-Game Sportsplex in the interim. Accordingly, the Sportsplex will be accessible to the sports clubs, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at least through Thursday morning, February 25, 2016.

The parties have agreed that, until the conclusion of the mediation, there will be no further public comment about the disputes or pending litigation.”
