Berry Farms is not the only booming development in Franklin, explains Mayor Ken Moore in today’s Vision Franklin excerpt. We are hoping to see some homes, office buildings and then service industry facilities he continued. Highlands at Ladd Park has been building homes across the interstate during the recession and Stream Valley further south is developing homes very fast.
The Berry Farms complex is a huge undertaking. The Mayor tells us that it is not expected to be complete for 15 years. The currently activity is only in the south-west portion of the purposed development.
