Baby Makes Three
Lady A’s, Charles Kelley and wife, Cassie are having a baby! Cassie posted the news on her blog, Womanista, this morning.
Cassie says on her blog, “we are so happy we can hardly stand it.” She goes on to say that they have been trying to have a baby for several years and were even told they had a 1% chance of conceiving.
Cassie goes on to says, “So after getting the 1% news, we decided to hang out this summer, relax, enjoy and live our lives fully & happily. His tour schedule was really busy and I had a lot going on with Womanista and some fun trips planned (helloooo, Italy!) We had a lot to be thankful for and we wanted to carry that joy & thankfulness with us, not the weight of trying to become parents. We made a plan to regroup this fall and explore other options to expand our family. Then it happened.”
Congrats to Charles & Cassie as they will welcome their baby to their family in February.
Jake Owen and Wife Lacey Divorcing
Jake Owen released a statement just hours ago on his Twitter announcing his divorce from his wife Lacey.
“I wanted to let my fans know how much I’ve appreciated their support of not only my career, but my family as a whole. Sadly, Lacey and I have decided to end our marriage. We want to focus on our daughter Pearl and make sure that she has a beautiful life with loving parents. We appreciate you respecting our privacy during this time.”

Owen married Lacey back in 2012 after meeting on the set of Owen’s “Eight Second Ride” music video.
Last week, it was announced that Owen will host the 9th annual ACM honors for 2015. The event will take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 7:00pm at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Tickets will go on sale at 10:00 AM CST on Friday, July 31, 2015. This is Jake’s second time hosting the event and the sixth time the ceremony will be held at the Ryman Auditorium.
