First Farmers in Berry Farms

First Farmers and Merchants Bank announced plans for a new Williamson County financial center to be located in the Berry Farms development. The new branch, scheduled for completion in the fall of 2016, will be First Farmers’ third location in Franklin, TN and its 20th location in middle Tennessee.

Strategically located along the I-65 corridor at the Peytonsville Road interchange, Berry Farms is a 600-acre planned mixed-use development featuring a wide-range of housing, retail and over 3 million square feet of class-A office space. Just ten miles south of Cool Springs and less than 20 minutes from Nashville, Berry Farms has been dubbed the “Southern Gateway” to one of the fastest growing economies in the United States.

“We remain focused on expanding our presence in middle Tennessee and believe Berry Farms will be a perfect home for our new financial center.” said T. Randy Stevens, Chairman and CEO, First Farmers and Merchants Bank. “Over the past three years, we have steadily grown our market share in both Williamson and Davidson County through strategic brick and mortar investments along with high quality, experienced banking personnel to serve our growing customer base. We are proud of our sustained growth across middle Tennessee and look forward to continuing our expansion plans in the coming year.”

The Berry Farms financial center will provide a full-suite of financial services including personal banking, business banking, investment services, commercial banking, mortgage lending and trust & wealth management services. Craig Holland, Williamson County President, leads the bank’s Williamson County expansion efforts, which will include Berry Farms.

“Over the past several years, we have experienced steady growth in our Williamson County operations and believe our Berry Farms office will enable us to better serve this growing market.” said Craig Holland. “Our team is excited to expand our services in Williamson County and looks forward to cultivating new relationships across the community.”
