Nashville-based Pinnacle Hospitality Partners purchased the property, located at 134 and 138 Wilson Pike Circle, in 2014 for $2.2 million. The site is now zoned C4-Town Center district. The hotel will have 134 rooms, a small retail shop and a restaurant.

A one-story frame house was demolished as part of the development plan. The new hotel will feature a stone and brick exterior. Canopies will be located above the windows on the first story, which will host the retail and restaurant spaces as well as hotel rooms.

As for traffic the hotel will bring, peak parking demand is expected to occur in June. The peak hourly parking demand for the hotel will largely occur at night, with peak hourly parking for the restaurant and retail largely occurring during the middle of the day. The ultimate peak parking demand is calculated to be 174 parking spaces, but the plan allots 177.

There will be street modifications on Town Center Way and Frierson Street, including an 11-foot wide lane in both directions with no lane widths less than 10.5 feet.

SpringHill Suites Hotels offer spacious suites, mobile check-in, free WiFi and breakfast, in-suite work spaces and a 24-hour market. They have been recognized in the 10 Best Hotel Chairs for Families by Parents Magazine, and have over 325 locations in the U.S.

The location in Brentwood’s original Town Center, across from the Town Center Theatre, is expected to be complete by next year.
