Hill Center, at the corner of Franklin Road and Maryland Way, continues to flourish with new openings anticipated for the spring.
With the property at 95 percent leased, residents will soon enjoy new places to shop, eat, and play. At the beginning of the year, Holler and Dash, a Cracker Barrel concept, opened its first Tennessee location at the Hill Center. followed by Nama Sushi.
There are seven new stores that are set to open Spring of 2017.
Hemline– Owner Mary Maddox opened a location in the Hill Center in Green Hills and will be expanding to Brentwood. The new location in the Hill Center will be the second in Tennessee and a first for Williamson County.
Noire the Nail Bar– A nail bar that specializes in unique products offerings. They also offer organic nail polish. Currently, they have three locations in Tennessee.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream-Jeni’s will open its first brick and mortar location in the Hill Center. Currently, their ice cream truck can be found at The Factory.
Dress Up–Women’s clothing store geared toward offering on-trend styles at an affordable price. With the opening of the Hill Center location, this will be the second location in the Nashville area for the brand out of their company’s 17.
Fab’rik–Owners Beth Hughes and Katherine Figlio, who also call Brentwood home, will be opening this women’s store where all items are under $100 with the exception of designer denim. At present, Fab’rik has one location in Williamson County on McEwen next to Whole Foods.
The Cosmetic Market-Locally owned by Linda Roberts, the Brentwood location will add to its regional roster of Nashville, Cool Springs, Chattanooga, and Atlanta.
Core Power Yoga-Based out of Denver, this will be the first opening in Tennessee for Core Power Yoga. Classes offered will include a range of core yoga, hot fusion, and yoga sculpt.
