6. Summerlyn

In June, the Nolensville Planning Commission approved section three of the Summerlyn Development. The first 120 houses of the 249-home subdivision development are already under construction, and now the remaining 129 are going through the approval process.

Summerlyn is a family friendly community located near the intersection of Nolensville Pike and York Road, adjacent to the new Nolensville campus of Mill Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Middle and Nolensville High, which will open in the fall of 2016. In fact, children will be able to walk to school by using the pedestrian bridge that connects Summerlyn to each school.

Builders at Summerlyn include Drees Homes and The Jones Company. Homes range in size from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet and are priced from $360,000s to $600,000s. The lots are up to one-third acre in size and some include basements, with many featuring side entry garages. Your family will also enjoy the many neighborhood amenities like a pool, cabana, walking trail, sidewalks and green space.

Summerlyn is also just minutes from area shopping and dining. For more information, click here to contact Susan Gregory with Parks Realty.
