Start on the mild side, with Mango and Caribbean Lime, or jump right in to the fire with Red Habanero and Ghost Chile hot sauces. Mango is an adventurous sauce, great on fish and chicken.Caribbean Lime has a blast of lime and a quick bite of Serrano chiles. Red Habanero is very hot but very flavorful. 4. Platte River Rub– handcrafted   rub from Spanish paprika, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, medium chili powder, roasted garlic, toasted onion, nutmeg and hickory smoke flavoring. When using as a rub 1 or 2 tsp. per pound of meat should be thoroughly rubbed in, reapplication can be done toward the end of grilling. This rub is sure to please, great on chicken, pork, steak or turkey.
  5. Pyramid Peak Lemon Pepper-The marriage of citrus and pepper stands the test of time. This spice  adds two different types of lemon peel for even more zesty flavor. The lemon peel gives this blend a tart, bright flavor while Meyer lemon peel adds a slightly sweet, floral note. This is an all-purpose blend, perfect for most savory dishes. Great for seasoning fish, poultry, beef or pork. Also nice sprinkled on eggs, veggies or salads.
  6. Gourmet Santa Maria-Santa Maria barbeque is a mainstay in California culinary tradition and dates back to the mid 1900s.
