5 Ways to Keep Your Kids Active this Winter

During the winter, it can often be a challenge to keep your kids active. Lucky for us, we’ve had a few unseasonably warm days, but it will soon pass and the cold days will return. We’ve put together a list of things to do with your kids that keep them from looking at screens all day. 1.My Gym

From infants age 4 months-old to tumbling classes for 12-year-olds, My Gym gives each student the opportunity to grow at each stage. 2.Franklin Family Entertainment Center

Franklin Family Entertainment Center features a bowling alley and arcade. At the bowling alley, Franklin Lanes, you can enlist your child in a bowling league that plays each Saturday morning for just $10 a week.  Your child can join a team, have fun and learn a new skill. Each Friday after school, Franklin Lanes offers cosmic bowling from 3 pm -6 pm. 3.SkyZone Trampoline

SkyZone Trampoline offers Toddler Time each Wednesday morning from 10:30 am -noon. If you are looking to burn energy, open hours for jumping are available each day.  And for the adults who might want to give jumping a try, Thrill Seeker gym time is available each Saturday night. 4.Robinson Taekwondo

Robinson Taekwondo Academy in Franklin is a great option, offering programs for kids as young as 3-years-old. 5.Third Coast Clay

After picking your piece of pottery, you can your family can showcase your inner artist by spending the day painting.
