3. Arrington Vineyards/Distilleries
Arrington Vineyards offers locals and tourists a “wine country experience.” It’s a great place to have a picnic and enjoy some great wine. Arrington is owned by country music artist Kix Brooks, winemaker Kip Summers, and entrepreneur John Russell. The three have established what they call “Nashville’s Wine Country.” In the spring and summer, you can hear live music every Friday through Sunday nights as part of their Music in the Vines series.
In addition to Arrington, there are various distilleries and breweries throughout the county, with more popping up all the time it seems like.
Just to list a few: H.Clark Distillery, Mill Creek Brewery, Mantra Brewery, Cool Springs Brewery, Leiper’s Fork Distillery.
