Meet Lisa Allain who has developed iThriveX, an all-natural pain relief cream in a marketplace with few alternatives that are comprised of totally natural ingredients, with zero toxins. Lisa reconnected with a friend whom she had met years earlier, who had similar ideas of pain management, which led her to take the leap into owning her own business.

Can you tell us about yourself?
I’m a single mom to four beautiful, strong and compassionate children – triplets plus one younger son. They’re the inspiration behind the creation of ithriveX and my desire to form a company of my own. We live in Brentwood, TN although I’m originally from the Northeast. My undergrad is in finance and I worked in the investment industry for about 10 years before settling into my most rewarding and demanding position as a mom. I grew up playing and watching sports and am a huge lover of the outdoors and know the importance of staying fit. Along the way, I obtained my masters degree in international business/marketing and have a certificate in life coaching. Although I have a good amount of education under my belt, my greatest strengths in business have been gained through experience and overcoming tough life lessons.

What was your inspiration for developing iThriveX?
At a time in my life when I was at my lowest, my drive to take care of my children emotionally and physically and to create a life/work balance of endless possibilities led me to create ithriveX. I literally woke up and realized I had a gift burning inside of me, that adversity couldn’t diminish. I also have a deep desire to give back to the causes I believe in and a passion to support them as my business grows. Giving back must start at the beginning.

How did you go about developing iThriveX?
ithriveX came from the desire to get my children away from taking oral pain relievers that contained toxins and to bring a healing, toxin-free alternative. My children were either taking, or applying, relievers with chemicals for the pains they experienced from growing and/or playing sports. After many conversations, research and having the greatest chemist on the planet – ithriveX was born! The true talent lies in the mixologist. The next step after creating the cream is determining how will it be recognized as a leader in the pain relief industry, and how do I want it to be known and recognized at a quick glance by the consumer. I take pride in the logo, name and branding of ithriveX, and am close to completing the next cream which I’m excited to share with the amputee community!

What have been the reactions to users of iThriveX?
The feedback from what I call “thrivers” has been nothing but 100% positive and very encouraging. We have testimonials from kids to professional athletes to chronic pain sufferers. The beauty of this all natural product is that it helps anything from arthritis pain to muscle strains/pulls to growing pains.
I’m super excited about what I call our “healing trifecta” — an initiative to build our “Thriver” nation. It will be a place where everyday warriors can share their stories about being knocked down and getting back up. Adversity can take many forms – emotional, financial, physical – we want to hear and share whatever it means to you to thrive after a setback in life. The healing trifecta is 1) the opportunity to heal through sharing your story or that of someone you love and/or admire; 2) the soothing healing accomplished with our ithriveX product , which contains a combination of powerful essential oils like hemp seed oil, lemongrass, arnica and many more and 3) healing through giving, this is where my true passion lies. With every purchase of ithriveX, we will be giving back to the active military and/or wounded warrior. We are in the midst of defining the best way to help the community make this happen with us. The goal is to give everyone the opportunity to give back and thank our military for all they do for us on a daily basis. We strive to make this an easy and automated process where anyone can contribute.
