5 Places for a Free Workout this Summer

Are you bored with your current workout or haven’t worked out in a while? We found these five places where you can try a workout for free. From cycling to barre classes, there’s something for everyone.

CycleBar Franklin 

9040 Carothers Parkway, Franklin

Free classes all week from June 13-June 19. There will be a DJ, and if you like the class, they are offering monthly unlimited rides for $99. Learn more here.

Life Time Athletic Franklin

June 22 is the longest day of the year and Life Time has free classes all day. A blend of Warrior Sculpt and Gluteus Maxout with a social hour to follow, it’s free for members and non-members, so bring a friend and bring the heat! Sign up to reserve your spot online.

5:30–6:00pm: Claim your spot and join the pre-party.
6:00–7:00pm: Experience 30 minutes of Warrior Sculpt and 30 minutes of Gluteus Maxout with our best performers.
7:00–8:00pm: Join in for a social hour with food, beverage, and community. 

Neighborhood Barre

7010 Executive Center Dr #102, Brentwood

June 23, Neighborhood Barre will be offering a free Barre Basics Class. In this class, you will review the basics of barre method, and learn how to get maximum results. Then you will take a 45 minute Barre class. Total workshop time is one hour.  This class is free, but space is limited, sign-up online here.

Free Yoga at Harlinsdale Farm

June 21 is National Yoga Day, celebrate with the family for a free day of Yoga at Harlinsdale Farm from 10 a – 2 p. Throughout the event, you can try family yoga, office yoga, mommy & me yoga, giveaways, goats, and much more. Learn more here.
