2.Coffee and Coconuts
The latest new business to come to Berry Farms will be Coffee & Coconuts.
The coffee shop recently decided to open a Berry Farms Town Center location, at 4000 Hughes Crossing between the also incoming UMI Japanese restaurant and The Barre.
“We just signed a lease on the last space that is currently built and vacant on Hughes Crossing,” Kristin Cales, spokesperson for Boyle Investment Company, which developed Berry Farms, said. Cales confirmed the new tenant is Coffee & Coconuts.
“Coffee & Coconuts is a locally owned and operated coffee shop that will be offering a number of other food options and occasional music performances,” Cales said.
The business will join the list of coming or just-arrived businesses to Berry Farms, which includes Publix, Soulshine Pizza Factory, First Farmers Bank, State Farm Insurance, No. 1 Chinese, Berry Farms Animal Hospital, Lucas Orthodontics, Twice Daily.
