There is literally a class for everyone from those just beginning their fitness journey to the most experienced individuals. Personal trainer, Thalas Steele offers both group sessions as well as personal training for the last seven years. With a philosophy of “Train Dirty, Eat Clean” his method of transforms his clients from first-timer walking in the door of the gym to the athlete who is looking to improve their performance. In addition to training, Steele offers nutritional education as he feels nutrition and training go hand in hand. The 2018 twelve-week group training sessions start on Jan. 8. This newcomer to the area, CycleBar offers an indoor cycling experience like other. When attending a CycleBar class, first it’s inside which is a welcomed during this bitter cold weather. Secondly, once the workout begins, the lights are turned down low and it’s just you and your bike. The staff is there to help you get your bike set, offer a complimentary water bottle, towel and for those who like competition, there’s a leader board shown throughout the class to see where you rank.
