Leigh Nash- You might recognize Leigh Nash from Sixpence None the Richer. Now, Leigh has started a solo career recently releasing a new album. We were able to get a first listen to her album. It’s sultry, heartfelt and very personal as Nash wrote all 12 songs on the current album. Check out The State I’m In available now on iTunes. Watch the video for “Somebody’s Yesterday.”
Lindi Ortega-Canadian born and now Nashville resident, Ortega’s latest album Faded Gloryville shows off her passionate voice. Recorded in Muscle Shoals as well as Nashville, the album is rich with inspiration that ranges from Jeff Bridges’ bruised character in the movie “Crazy Heart” to those who no longer appear in the limelight. In the end, Ortega seeks to speak to the reality of the unpredictable, wandering life of being a musician. Listen to “Ashes” from Faded Gloryville below.
