Due to its popularity, the Screenagers Documentary: Growing Up in the Digital Age will be shown again at the Spring Hill Public Library Monday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m. This brand new documentary for parents of teens and children ages 10 and up, explores the effects of “screens” on our lives. It has been featured in publications such as the New York Times and Forbes Magazine as well as on many television shows including the PBS Newshour and The Dr. Oz Show.
The film tackles the effects of screen viewing on sleep, the alarming links between depression and devalued self-worth to social media judgements. It also deals with cyber-bullying and stalkers. Most importantly it will describe ways to keep your children safe.
