Nashville Zoo’s annual spring celebration is back with egg hunts and Easter treats for children of all ages. Activities during the day include 10 scheduled egg hunts for kids, a Zoo-wide hunt for golden eggs, spring-themed games, bounce houses, and face painting. Special appearances by the Easter Bunny and Zoo mascot Twiga.

3Easter Egg Hunt at The Hermitage

The Hermitage is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt.  This year, the hunt will take place on the beautiful lawn of Tulip Grove Mansion. Over 5,000 stuffed eggs will be hidden at each program. Kids will be divided into two hunts for ages 3 and under, 4-7 and 8-10. New this year, kids can decorate their own egg to enter in the traditional egg roll down the Tulip Grove lawn.

Williamson County Parks and Recreation invites area residents to hop on over to the free annual community Easter Egg Hunts on Sunday, April 14 promptly at 2 p at the Fairview Recreation Complex.

Children ages 10 and younger are invited to attend. Hundreds of eggs will be scattered and some eggs will contain special prizes. Don’t forget your basket or sack for gathering eggs. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos, so bring your cameras.

Jump, swim and splash for eggs.  Register now for the second annual Easter Egg Dive, Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr. This underwater egg hunt takes place in the indoor pool. Reservations are now open at (event code #8863). Be sure to choose the correct age group: 4:30p, ages 0-5 and non-swimmers with parents; 5:00p, ages 6-8; 5:30p, ages 9-12. 10Eggstreme Egg Hunt

Eggstreme Easter Egg Hunt as we go on the hunt for thousands of brightly colored eggs. Join us on Sunday, April 14 from 3p – 4:30p for this time-honored tradition that we love to celebrate each year.  Join us for fun on inflatables, food trucks and an all-out run to find those prized eggs. Children will be divided into age-level groups.

This year they’re also offering an Eggsessible Egg Hunt for any child who has special needs or limited mobility. This hunt will be designed specifically for them and will begin promptly at 3:05p, before the main egg hunt. Please let other families with special needs children know of this moment created with their children in mind.

Children will be divided up into groups for age appropriate fun! 0-2 years olds will be in front of the building by the flowering pear trees, 3-6 year olds will be in the garden area and 6 years old and up will be in the lobby of the Franklin Y.

They will also have a special guest available for family photos – THE EASTER BUNNY! Snap a picture with your cell phone or have a full family photo taken by an onsite photographer. The photos will be posted on their Facebook page that afternoon. All completely FREE!

15La Vergne Easter Egg Hunt

Just like Peter Cottontail, the City of La Vergne is inviting everyone to hop on down the bunny trail. The Easter Egg Hunt is one of the biggest events put on by city staff every year.

There are four hunts for different age groups: 0-3 years old, 4-5 years old, 6-8 years old, and 9-12 years old. Each age group will go sequentially starting at 10a to ensure that families with children of different ages can participate in each of their egg hunts. In each age range there is also a GOLDEN EGG that will give the finder a special prize! The Easter Bunny will be back again at a special photo booth this year to snap some pictures with families.

This year the Fire Department is hosting an “Open House Fun Day” in conjunction with the Easter Egg Hunt. There will be food trucks, the fire safety trailer, hot dogs, cotton candy and bounce houses. Sparky the Fire Dog will also be there to take photos with kids and their families.
