The Hill Center in Brentwood continued to expand in 2017, adding more retailers and restaurants to its growing development.

Opening at the end of April, fab’rik is a women’s fashion retailer offering on-trend style through effortless pieces and accessible prices. They pride ourselves on a unique, personalized shopping experience, sans attitude or sticker shock. Hours are 10 a- 7p from Monday- Saturday and Sunday Noon – 5p. Follow them on Facebook.
The boutique opened on April 24th, and is the second Nashville-area location for Hemline, with the first located in the Hill Center Green Hills. Hemline offers women’s clothing, accessories, and shoes with a variety of styles from casual to business and everything in between. 3The Cosmetic Market
Opening May 1, The Cosmetic Market is a one-stop-shop for all of your beauty needs. They carry the best in skincare, makeup, and hair products such as Philosophy, Bumble and bumble, Bare Minerals, Therapy Systems, Trish McEvoy, Sisley, Kiehl’s, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Molton Brown, Smashbox, Nars and much more. 4Noire the Nail Bar

5Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams
This year, Jeni’s opened it’s first brick and mortar location in the Hill Center. Later in the year, Jeni’s also opened a location inside The Factory in Franklin. Hours of operation are Sunday – Thursday noon – 10, Friday – Saturday noon – 11 p. Follow them on Facebook for more updates.
6Core Power Yoga
Based out of Denver, this is the first opening in Tennessee for Core Power Yoga. Classes offered include a range of core yoga, hot fusion, and yoga sculpt. CorePower Yoga offers transformative yoga teacher training programs to empower students to advance their individual practice or become instructors. Women’s clothing store geared toward offering on-trend styles at an affordable price. With the opening of the Hill Center location, this will be the second location in the Nashville area for the brand out of their company’s 17. 8Sur La Table
Sur La Table held its grand opening on August 19. This was the first location to open in Williamson County. Sur La Table stores are the ultimate place for kitchen exploration and discovery. Peter Millar is owned by Eric Viars who also owns the Oxford Shop in Green Hills, a longstanding men’s store in Nashville. As a retailer for the brand Peter Millar, Viars decided to partner with Peter Millar and bring the first store to Tennessee.
Peter Millar was founded in 2001 with headquarters in Raleigh. The Hill Center store offers the complete lifestyle collection which includes suits, shirts, luggage, sunglasses, and activewear. Alumni Hall opened in the Hill Center in Brentwood on Friday, July 21. Alumni Hall carries a selection of clothing, hats, and other merchandise for the University of Tennessee fan. From t-shirts to sweatshirts along with anything else a fan would want to wear on game day. They even have a whole tailgating section dedicated to UT fans.
