Spring Hill is in the midst of a number of commerical developments. Here are 10 that are currently being built.
1. Wall Street and Commonwealth Drive
At the southeast corner of Wall Street and Commonwealth Drive, with the address of 2105 Wall Street, Pinnacle is in the midst of constructing a 9,800 square foot commercial retail building. Across the street from Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, there is no word yet on who Pinnacle will lease its space to. Plans were approved on the property last year by the Spring Hill Planning Commission in July on the 1.7-acre site. It will include 72 parking spaces.
