New Retail
In February, the Planning Commission heard two proposals for new retail space on Wall Street.
The first is a 9,800 square foot, multi-tenant retail center and a sketch plan has been approved.
The second is for two one-story buildings, totaling about 18,000 square feet of retail space at the 2080 and 2090 blocks of Wall Street. A sketch plan was approved in 2015 and the applicant now wants a site plan approved. The identities of the retailers are not public yet, but the development, according to a staff report, shows that the project will include a drive-thru restaurant, multi-tenant retail space and 140 parking spaces.
