Longhorn Steakhouse
A Longhorn Steakhouse is coming to The Crossings shopping center at Spring Hill. The only question, as of now, is when. Earlier this month, the Spring Hill Planning Commission expressed some reservations about access to the proposed site. A staff report in April recommended against the current proposal, that added a T-configuration to a shared driveway. The developers made a change, but the Planning Commission has expressed concerns. The concern is that the driveway could cause traffic stacking, blocking access to the shopping center.
The Commission decided to pass the plan, after a long discussion of the matter.
