Auto Plant
In March, the Spring Hill planning commission approved a 102,000 square foot addition to the Comprehensive Logistics building, being developed by NorthPoint. The facility will accommodate a second auto parts manufacturer coming to Spring Hill, and create about 200 jobs.
Located along Beechcroft Road, building will begin mid-May and take about six months.
