Andy’s Frozen Custard

A plan is before the Spring Hill Planning Commission to approve a 1,167 square foot Andy’s Frozen Custard. It will sit on the 35.-acre tract developed for Walmart, north of the area developed for a Publix. The plan calls for 12 parking spaces, which the planning commission felt might not be enough.

It would be the first Andy’s in the state.
