If you’re plagued with a sweet tooth, Five Daughters Bakery is the answer to your prayers. This family bakery, owned and operated by Isaac and Stephanie Meek (along with their five daughters), serve up their famous 100 Layer Donut, as well as donuts of a variety of flavors. Five Daughters Bakery was just named one of the must visit places in the world for those with a sweet tooth.

About Five Daughters Bakery
Isaac Meek is a third generation local business owner and baker. His great grandfather owned a cake shop and his grandfather owned a pizzeria. It’s safe to say baking runs in the family. Their pastries are made fresh daily from scratch, always non-GMO, sourcing locally and organic when possible.

These tasty treats are also without chemical preservatives, hydrogenated oils, soy, artificial colors and flavors.

One of the most popular menu items is the 100 Layer Donut, which is the Five Daughters Bakery version of a cronut. It is a delicious hybrid of a croissant and a donut, and takes up to three days to craft this decadent creation. Once cooked, the 100 layer donut is rolled in sugar, filled with cream, and topped with a heavenly glaze. This is one experience you will want to have more than once.

Their stuffed donut is also a go-to. Stuffed with homemade jams, custards, and creams, you will find their selection to be nostalgic yet refreshingly innovative. Add a glass of milk or a cup of joe, and you are guaranteed pure happiness.

It’s best to go as early as possible to get your hands on one of these tasty creations, as Five Daughters Bakery closes it’s doors every day once they sell out. Instead of calling ahead to see what’s still available, check out their Donut Cam!
