At First Watch, breakfast is their speciality and they offer a great range of options like omeletes to biscuits and gravy and even what they call “power bowls” – which offer a healthy breakfast/brunch packed with protein and veggies. Some of their most popular dishes are Floridian French Toast and the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl.

About First Watch
When First Watch opened their original location in 1983, there was not such a thing as a breakfast restaurant–focused category. Then the original First Watch opened from 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with the idea that people want a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant that doesn’t moonlight with steaks or anything else later in the day.

Word about this “fresh, new concept” spread, and before long the daytime cafe became very popular and the idea of bringing the First Watch experience to other places was born.

When you arrive at First Watch, you’re welcomed with a pot – not just a cup – of coffee along with complimentary newspapers and WiFi Internet access. But the staff is there long before you arrive, coming in at the crack of dawn, slicing fresh fruits and vegetables, baking muffin and whipping up their French toast batter from scratch.

Everything is made to order, and the freshness of your meal is never compromised. This restaurant does not use heat lamps or deep fryers – and they only use the finest ingredients possible for the freshest taste around.
