The second spot on the American Transportation Research Institute list in Tennessee is the interchange of I-65 and I-24. The ATRI lists it as the 29th worst traffic bottleneck in the country.

The average speed on it is 45 miles per hour. The average speed during rush hours is just 38 miles per hour, while the average speed during non-rush hours is 47 mph.
