Carpe Diem and The Legendary Kimbro’s Pickin’ Parlor will be hosting a Record Store Day Celebration on Saturday, with live music from 11am-11pm at Kimbro’s.

There will be exclusive Record Store Day releases, special deals on vinyl, delicious food and drink per usual, chalk drawing contests for the kiddos, and plenty more!

Franklin’s Arbor Day Celebration

The City of Franklin will host their Arbor Day event on Earth Day at Pinkerton Park. At the event will be kids activities, information booths, wood carvings, rock climbing and free hotdogs.

Grand Opening of 2 Westhaven Model Homes

Southland Title & Escrow Co. Inc., in partnership with Westhaven Realty, will host the grand opening of new model homes in the Westhaven community on Saturday, April 22nd and Sunday, April 23rd from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. both days. Guests will have the chance for a first look at two new model homes, each on Championship Boulevard, which will be showcased by Southern Land Homebuilding and Ford Custom Classic Homes respectively.

Westhaven Community Garage Sale

If you love a good deal, garage sales are the place to go. This Saturday, April 22, Franklin’s Westhaven community will host its Neighborhood Garage Sale from 7:30 am – 12:30 pm. Garage Sales will take place at individual homes throughout the neighborhood.

The Franklin High School Class of 2018 will host the 1st Annual FHS Spring Market, a one-day shopping event at Franklin High School. Spring Market is a gift show featuring artisans, craft makers and merchants from the local area. Enjoy shopping for exceptional and unique gifts including apparel, home décor, jewelry, accessories, gourmet foods and sweets.

Spring Market is organized and hosted by the Franklin High School Parent Association.


Sunday Market

The Factory at Franklin

A new type of seasonal market makes its debut at The Factory at Franklin on Sunday, Apr. 9 from 11:00 am  – 5:00 pm. The Sunday Market will feature handmade goods designed by local artisans as well as high-quality vintage finds. Market admission is free, but guests are encouraged to learn about and support the community-focused non-profit highlighted. In April, Nashville-based Go Be Love International will showcase its domestic and international mission work.

Forty vendors are expected to be on-site for the April 9th event.
