On Friday, May 12 and Saturday, May 13, Bailey’s Barn, at 2590 Tom Anderson Road in Franklin, will host a music festival. Gates open at 4pm, entertainment begins at 5pm, with Little Raven on the stage followed by Greg Pope & the Popmonsters, The Wacky Friday, Cosmic Shift, and Halcyon.
Continuing on Saturday, gates open at 11am, entertainment at noon with Red Vans, Second Nature, The Blue Necks, The By Gods, Ravenhill, Damien Dogs, Juice Skywalker, Halcyon, Cosmic Shift, and The Natchez Tracers.
2O’More College of Design Fashion Show

O’More College of Design’s annual fashion show will take place on Friday, May 12, at 6 p on the O’More Franklin campus. Work from students and alumni, in conjunction with designs from faculty member Kevin Crouch, will be on display – all connected by “The Power of Design to Transform.”

Some of the best horses and riders in the world will be competing in seven races for over $500,000 in purses at Saturday’s 76th Iroquois Steeplechase, presented by Bank of America. For the spectators who have long anticipated the second Saturday in May, and “Nashville’s Rite of Spring,” it’s never been more convenient to enjoy the day hassle-free.
7SixtyFour at Mellow Mushroom

SixtyFour, a Beatles cover band, will play at Mellow Mushroom this Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. It will be the perfect evening to enjoy music and pizza in the extended patio area created just for this event.
No coolers or outside food is allowed. Food and drinks are available to purchase from Mellow Mushroom to consume on the patio. Bring chairs and blankets for seating. This is a very popular event, so come early!
