The Williamson County Indoor Sports Complex is your best destination to stay fit and avoid the heat this summer. Open M-F from 5 A.M. to 9 P.M. for your convenience, this newly renovated 4200 square foot facility offers variety and indoor comfort for staying fit. Weekend hours are Saturday 8-6 and Sunday 1-6.

More than a dozen treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, climbers and more give you endurance options, while a 6 station multi-gym, stretch area and free weight section including kettle bells will help you achieve the strength goals you set. Swimmers can take advantage of the 50 meter Olympic pool with attached shallow lap/teaching pool. Check the schedule for details and availability.

Five indoor tennis courts are also available, as is the multipurpose room. The site has lockers and offers sitting service. The service is first come-first served, and the care is not state certified. It is and offered as “casual care” and is free to parents. Check out available times online here.

Don’t let summer pass you by. The Williamson Source will continue to highlight parks and historical landmarks throughout the summer so keep an eye or two on our site, and tell us about your favorite places to enjoy the summer.
