USA Today published a list of the top ten places to retire. While most think of sunny Florida beaches when they think retirement, this list may surprise you, as there was only one beach place listed. And rounding out the top ten is Franklin!  So, if you are looking to retire, you might already be living in one of the top ten places.
1. Phoenix metro area, including Mesa and Scottsdale
2. Arlington/Alexandria, Va.
3. Prescott, Ariz.
4. Tucson
5. Des Moines
6. Denver
7. Austin
8. Cape Coral, Fla.
9. Colorado Springs
10. Franklin, Tenn.
