Finally, fans of The Grilled Cheeserie can get ready for comfort food to hit Main Street in downtown Franklin. The food truck turned brick-and-mortar restaurant is projected to open at 334 Main Street late spring to early summer, said a publicist for the restaurant.

This will be the first Williamson County location for The Grilled Cheeserie. You can also find The Grilled Cheeserie at 2003 Belcourt Avenue in Nashville.

The Grilled Cheeserie was founded by husband and wife team Joseph Bogan and Crystal De Luna-Bogan, a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef. Its beginnings were a food truck which soon had a very loyal following and often the longest lines of any food truck at most events.

The Nashville shop menu includes Specialty Melts, such as Pimento Mac n Cheese, Buffalo South, Spinach & Artichoke and more. You can also build your own melt by choosing your own cheese, bread, protein and choose from their many extras like avocado, pesto aioli, smoked jalapeno relish and more. You can also order hand-scooped milkshakes and old-fashioned floats. Newly added to the menu are three signature salads- Napa Valley, Greek Beets, and Buffalo Chicken.

This new addition to Main Street will join Ruby Sunshine which is set to open in March, read more here.Â
