Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested a Smithville man who resisted arrest and ran from deputies during a routine traffic stop on I-840 near Triune this morning. Michael Napier-Pierre Rose, 31, has been charged with resisting arrest, escape and criminal impersonation.
He was found mid-afternoon in the area of Highway 96 and Hawkins Lane in Triune and taken into custody.
Rose is being held on $9,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Williamson County General Sessions Court on July 16, 2015 at 1 p.m.
