The community of Spring Hill honored the Spring Hill Fire Department last week.
A group of students from Allendale Elementary School’s Destination Imagination group collected money for fire victims over the past few weeks.
Last week, they donated the items they bought with the money collected to Spring Hill Fire Fighters.
Destination Imagination teaches students the things they’ll need as they face the challenges of problem solving, like how to tap into their own creativity, how to solve problems, and how to work together in teams. The group has tournaments against groups from other schools.
