Kacey Musgraves Case of the Stolen Boots
After a show at 3rd & Lindsley, Musgraves took to Twitter to share that someone had broken into her car and stolen her boots. A pair of Lucchese 1838 and Charlotte Web.
And while the boots have not been recovered, Musgraves has decided to turn the event into a song.
Update: The guy who stole Kacey’s boots tried to return them to the Lucchese store. When the store manager started to question him, he ran with the boots! According to several reports, 30 year old, Darrell Cunningham not only stole the boots but the receipt.
Cunningham is in a Nashville jail with bail set at $25,000. Musgraves reply to the news on Twitter was “Stupidity leads to victory.”
Back in November, Musgraves launched her own line of boots with Lucchese, featuring a three boot collection. You can purchase the boot at the Lucchese store at the Gulch in Nashville (503 12th Avenue South) or online.
