Thefts and Shoplifting Top this Week’s Brentwood Crime Report

This week’s Brentwood crime report includes several thefts from motor vehicles and shoplifting reports.

Sometime between Sept. 13 and 14, a wallet and its contents were stolen from a vehicle parked on Northfork Drive. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

Sometime between Sept. 13 and 15, money was stolen from a vehicle parked on Sydney Lane. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

Sometime between Sept. 18 and 19, an iPad with its case, electronics and sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle parked on Centerview Drive. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

Money was stolen from another vehicle on Centerview Drive during the same time frame. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

Sometime between Sept. 13 and 21, checks and identity documents were stolen from a vehicle parked on Cressy Lane. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

On Sept. 22, gold clubs with a bag were stolen from a vehicle parked on McGavock Road. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

Gift cards were shoplifted from the Home Depot on Moores Lane on Sept. 9. The suspects returned the items for store credit. Police suspect two unknown black females. No arrests have been made.

A handgun with its holster and ammunition was stolen from a toolbox in a paint shop on Mallory Lane sometime between Aug. 30 and Sept. 13. Police have no suspects.

A musical instrument was taken from the store display at the Guitar Center on Moores Lane sometime between Aug. 31 and Sept. 15. Police have no suspects.

A watch was stolen from a residence during a move on Sept. 16 on Firefox Drive. Police have no suspects.

Alcoholic beverages were shoplifted from the Grapevine Wine & Spirits store on Moores Lane on Sept. 17. Police arrested the suspect.

Photography equipment was shoplifted from the Best Buy on Galleria Boulevard on Sept. 17. Police arrested two suspects.

At a hotel on Eastpark Drive on Sept. 17, a laptop and computer case was taken from the victims hotel room. Police have no suspects.

A surveillance system was shoplifted from the Costco on Seaboard Lane on Sept. 19. Police have identified two white males and two white female suspects. Charges are pending.

An iPhone was taken from a desk in the tennis center of a business on Maryland Way on Sept. 19. Police have no suspects.
