Brentwood’s Town Center condo complex may begin welcoming residents to move in as early as the end of May.
The 393-unit Tapestry complex is located in the heart of Brentwood’s business district next to Nordstrom Rack and behind the new CityPark business development. About 50 leases have already been signed and the first move-in date is set for May 29th. 
Right now, construction isn’t quite finished at Tapestry but if all goes well residents should be able to move in by the end of the month.
The complex includes two parking garages for resident parking, and rent ranges in price from $1,050 for the smallest one bedroom (571 sq. ft.) to a 1,777 sq. ft. two bedroom two and a half bath apartment costing at most $3,525 in rent per month.
