Stoveworks Restaurant Announces New Chef and Dinner Service

Stoveworks Restaurant in the Factory at Franklin, has launched dinner service Wednesday – Saturday from 5 – 9 p.m. The gourmet Southern inspired menu was designed by new executive chef Michael Grauer and offers items with a Music City flair. The one-of-a-kind menu complements the Factory at Franklin’s music and entertainment focus, starting with serving as the new home of Music City Roots and Studio Tenn.

The festive menu includes items such as Steel Guitar Sliders (Jack Daniels BBQ brisket sliders served with sweet potato torte), Pickin’ Pork Loin (rosemary and mustard crusted pork loin with stone-ground mustard cream and buttermilk mashed potatoes) and Songwriter’s Salmon (grilled Atlantic salmon served with shaved cucumber and gremolata, white cheddar potato gratin and vegetables).

In addition to the featured menu, Stoveworks is also offering a happy hour from 5 – 6 p.m. every night featuring half priced wine, beer and mixed drinks. “Stoveworks is a true Nashville restaurant, and we love the idea of moving from ‘lunch only’ to a dinner and special event destination,” said Pat McCracken, co-owner of Stoveworks Restaurant.

“We’re excited to see the Factory embracing the spirit of Music City as it evolves into a vibrant shopping, entertainment and dining experience. We look forward to seeing many of our loyal lunch customers at dinner and welcoming people just discovering the Factory for family meals, date nights and pre-event dinners.”
