Christ Presbyterian Academy needed overtime to top Page, 2-1, Thursday in the Region 6-A/AA championship.
The victory sends the Lions (14-1-1) into the sectionals Hume-Fogg on Saturday, while Page fell to 15-6-1 and will visit White House for the right to earn a state tournament berth.
Dalton Posey scored both CPA goals, including the game-winner in overtime for the Lions.
Colton Heyen had scored late in the game for the Patriots to force overtime.
In other action involving Williamson County teams, Franklin defeated Antioch, 3-1.
