Star Wars Reads Day at Williamson County Library

The Williamson County Main Library is hosting a Star Wars Reads Day this Saturday, October 10 at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Join everybody in the Children’s Department for a celebration of a galaxy far, far away and the joy of reading! Drop in at any time between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm for Star Wars themed crafts, snacks, a photo booth, and even a Jedi Training obstacle course. Grown-ups can unwind with Star Wars in the Meeting Room all afternoon. You can come in at any time during the event and take your mind off of your stress through a number of activities, such as Pin the Bun on the Leia, Coloring Pages, Legos, and Star Wars Origami. We’ll have some snacks (like Wookie Cookies), and you can even create your own lightsaber.

Teens can celebrate Star Wars and reading with Star Wars activities, games and fun, all day in the Teen Room.(Star Wars costumes are welcome!)
