The victory improved Page to 7-6-1 on the year.
In other action, Summit edged Dickson County, as the Lady Spartans improved to 8-6 this season.
Cascade topped Christ Presbyterian, 6-2, Thursday, and Creek Wood pounded Fairview 20-0, as the Lady Yellow Jackets dropped to 0-7.
