Shoplifting, Stolen Tools Highlight Most Recent Brentwood Police Crime Report

This week’s crime report from the Brentwood Police Department includes shoplifting from the Nike Factory Outlet and a broken gate at Smith Park.

Multiple tools were stolen from a vehicle parked on Eastpark Drive sometime between July 15 and 18. The rear driver’s side window was broken into. Police have no suspects.

A handgun was stolen form a vehicle on Harpeth River Drive sometime between May 1 and July 20. There were no signs of forced entry. Police have no suspects.

The park entry gate at Smith Park was forced open and damaged by physical force on July 16. The suspects were identified.

A power tool was taken from a garage at a home on Chickasaw Drive sometime between June 1 and July 14. There were no signs of forced entry, but police have identified the suspect and charges are pending.

Clothing was shoplifted from the Nike Factory Outlet on Galleria Boulevard on July 15. Police suspect three black females who left in a silver Chevrolet sedan. Shoes were also stolen from the same store on July 19, and police suspect a black male in his 30s, about 6 feet tall, 200 pounds wearing a black cap, white t-shirt and plaid shorts.

Soccer equipment was stolen from the Soccer USA store on Mallory Lane on July 17. The suspect was arrested.

Cigarettes and a lighter were stolen from the Kroger on Franklin Road on July 19. Police suspect a white male in his 20s, about 6 feet tall with a thin build and brown hair.
