See the Renderings for A-Game Redevelopment

In July, we reported that  Al. Neyer, a Cincinnati based developer had purchased the A-Game Sportsplex property in Cool Springs. The sports center will be transformed into one of the largest office buildings in Williamson County.

Bizjournals.com published the rendering below showing what the new space will look like.

Bizjournals.com also reports that these facts about the new office space:

  1. It will be known as Cool Springs Technology Center.
  2. Capacity at the new office complex will be at just under 1,000 employees
  3. More windows will be added to the building  to allow natural light
  4. A parking deck will be constructed to allow for ample parking for employees
  5. Transformation for the project is estimated at $48 million
A-Game Deal with Cincinnati Developer

A -Game is expected to be open through Spring of 2016. At that point, the new developer Al. Neyer will take over the facility.  Al. Neyer is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio with Rob Gage who will be running the new Nashville office.  A-Game is located at 215 Gothic Court, Franklin.
