This past weekend the Franklin Farmers Market celebrated its annual Strawberry Festival.
Each year, the farmers market holds a strawberry tasting contest. This year, congratulations go to J.R. & Judy Stroud of Jones Mill Farm and Commercial Kitchen for winning 1st Place for the “Best Tasting Strawberry.” Delvin Farms took 2nd and Rocky Glade Farm 3rd place.
