Calling all beer lovers. If you enjoy that straight from the tap taste then Scout’s Pub has a solution for you. Scout’s Pub, located at 158 Front Street, Franklin in the Westhaven community is now offering a filling station for a 64 oz. growler of your favorite brew to enjoy at home.
The knowledgable bartenders will be more than happy to share their recommendations from Scout’s wide and unique selection of beers on tap. Purchase the growler for $10 and fill it up for $20. Come back on Tuesdays for $15 growler refills of your draft beer of choice, all day.
(Please note, Scout’s Pub seals all growlers after being filled. If the seal is broken before leaving the premises, the growler must be emptied. No open container is allowed in or off the premises of Scout’s Pub.)
Drinktanks shares a couple of reasons on why you should get a Growler. First, when you purchase beer in cans or bottles, you don’t know how long it’s been sitting. The freshness of the beer could be lacking but with a growler, the freshness is maintained and you can have a beer that may not be available in a can or bottle.
