On Saturday, Oct 3rd O’More College of Design in Franklin hosted the 6th annual Grape Stomp Festival, a benefit for A Vintage Affair.
Whether your notion of grape stomping conjures up romantic images of Keanu Reeves and his love interest in the 1995 film A Walk in the Clouds, or of the iconic scene from the famous I Love Lucy “Grape Stomping” episode, those bold enough to brave the messiness stomped barefoot in competition against others in a tournament bracket-style competition. And, many of them did it in costume as crazy costumes are highly encouraged at the annual Grape Stomp.

The Franklin Firefighters. They collected over 105 ounces of grape juice!
The stomping was all or a great cause too. All proceeds went to A Vintage Affair, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to raising money for Williamson County charities benefiting women and children in need.
